Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: June 17, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements and forms part of the LogicNodes Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the LogicNodes platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account in accordance with the Terms.
1. Introduction
LogicNodes ApS (“LogicNodes”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a B2B AI agent automation platform. The platform is made available to organisations and their users for lawful business purposes. This AUP sets out the categories of use that are prohibited or restricted in order to protect the security and integrity of the platform, the rights of third parties, and the safety of the public.
Where this AUP uses defined terms without defining them, those terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms & Conditions.
2. Prohibited Activities — Security
You must not use the platform to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data, including any part of the LogicNodes infrastructure or any third-party system;
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise undermine authentication mechanisms, access controls, or security features of the platform or any connected service;
- Launch or facilitate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), denial-of-service (DoS), or other attacks against any system or network;
- Introduce, transmit, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious or harmful code;
- Exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform or any third-party service beyond proof-of-concept disclosure made in good faith through responsible disclosure channels;
- Attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or otherwise circumvent the safety measures, content filters, or operating constraints of any AI model available through the platform;
- Use the platform as a tool to plan, facilitate, or execute cyberattacks against any target.
3. Prohibited Activities — Content and Outputs
You must not use the platform to generate, process, store, or distribute content that is unlawful under applicable law. This includes, without limitation, content falling within the prohibited AI practices set out in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) and content that is criminal under Danish or EU law.
In the context of a B2B automation platform, the following are specifically relevant to LogicNodes users:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or synthetic media (deepfakes) depicting real individuals without their explicit consent — for example, where the platform is used to automate customer-facing communications or media production workflows;
- Content that impersonates a real person or organisation with intent to deceive, defraud, or mislead — including automated impersonation in outbound communications, customer support flows, or agent personas;
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights at scale through automated generation or distribution.
4. Prohibited Activities — Privacy and Data
You must not use the platform to:
- Process personal data without a lawful basis under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- Introduce personal data — including government-issued identification numbers, health data, or payment card data — without a valid legal basis under applicable data protection law. The account holder is the data controller for all data introduced into the platform and is solely responsible for establishing and maintaining a valid legal basis for processing. Detailed requirements for specific sensitive data categories are set out in Section 7.
- Create biometric profiles, including voiceprints, of any individual without that individual’s explicit and informed consent — see also Section 5.3 of the Terms & Conditions for the specific requirements applicable to the voiceprint feature;
- Collect, harvest, or extract data from third-party systems or services without the authorization of the system owner and in compliance with that service’s terms of use.
5. Prohibited Activities — Platform Integrity
You must not:
- Create multiple accounts or organizations for the purpose of circumventing usage limits, account bans, or other platform restrictions;
- Sell or otherwise grant third parties direct access to the platform — including by selling individual user accounts, seats, or credentials within your organisation to parties who are not your employees or contractors. You may build and sell your own product or managed service that is powered in part by LogicNodes, provided that your customers access LogicNodes solely through your service and are not given direct access to the LogicNodes platform, accounts, or interfaces;
- Proxy, tunnel, or re-expose the platform’s API or interfaces under a different name, brand, or product;
- Use the platform to benchmark, evaluate, or generate training data intended for use in developing or improving a competing AI product or service;
- Scrape, extract, or systematically copy platform data, interfaces, or proprietary content at scale, including through automated means;
- Generate, publish, or distribute fake reviews, testimonials, engagement metrics, or any other content designed to mislead about the quality, features, or nature of any product or service.
Referring prospective customers to LogicNodes — including as part of a commercial affiliate or referral arrangement — is permitted, provided that each referred customer signs up directly with LogicNodes and holds their own account and contractual relationship with LogicNodes.
6. High-Risk Use — Human Oversight Required
LogicNodes may not be used as the primary automated decision-making system — without qualified human oversight — in any of the following high-risk domains:
- Medical and clinical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription decisions, or patient triage;
- Legal advice to third parties — including automated legal assessments, legal risk analysis, or document generation intended to serve as legal counsel to an end user;
- Financial advice to retail consumers — including investment recommendations, suitability assessments, or credit decisions. This restriction does not apply to payment processing, invoicing, expense categorisation, or accounting automation;
- Critical infrastructure control — including the operation, monitoring, or management of energy grids, water treatment systems, transportation networks, or emergency services.
If your use case involves any of these areas, you are solely responsible for ensuring that appropriately qualified human oversight is maintained at all times and that your deployment complies with all applicable sector-specific regulatory requirements. LogicNodes does not warrant that the platform is suitable or fit for purpose in any of these domains.
7. Personal Data — Controller Responsibility
The account holder may introduce any personal data — including special category personal data within the meaning of GDPR Article 9(1) and personal data subject to specific national law requirements — into the platform. By introducing personal data into the platform, you accept full responsibility as data controller for compliance with all applicable law. LogicNodes processes personal data solely as your data processor, on your documented instructions, and bears no liability for your failure to comply with applicable legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for:
- establishing and maintaining a valid legal basis under GDPR Article 6(1) and, where the data falls within GDPR Article 9(1), a valid basis under Article 9(2);
- complying with any additional requirements imposed by applicable national law (for example, requirements applicable to national identification numbers under the Danish Data Protection Act or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction);
- informing data subjects and handling their rights requests; and
- implementing safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the data you process.
Voiceprints are subject to additional consent requirements set out in Section 5.3 of the Terms & Conditions.
LogicNodes does not verify, audit, or take responsibility for the lawfulness of instructions it receives from account holders. The account holder indemnifies LogicNodes against any claim, penalty, or loss arising from the account holder’s failure to comply with applicable law in connection with personal data introduced into the platform.
8. Enforcement
LogicNodes may, at its sole discretion:
- Investigate any use of the platform that it suspects may constitute a violation of this AUP;
- Request that you promptly remedy any suspected violation;
- Temporarily restrict or suspend your access to the platform pending investigation;
- Permanently terminate your account where a serious or repeated violation is confirmed;
- Report suspected criminal activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Enforcement action does not limit any other right or remedy available to LogicNodes under the Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
9. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a potential violation of this AUP — whether by another user or a third party — please report it to us at kontakt@logicnodes.ai.
We take all reports seriously and will investigate as appropriate. Reporting in good faith will not result in any adverse action against the reporting party.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will provide at least 7 days’ notice of any material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect in accordance with Section 10.2 of the Terms & Conditions.
